Montivo Transfers is a private transfer service, not a shared shuttle. The price you see is for the whole vehicle, the driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board, and the vehicle waits if your flight is late. Prices vary by day of the week: Saturday is the changeover day in most resorts and costs more, and Sunday usually sits between Saturday and a weekday. Each route has its own prices, and they are all on this page.

Geneva Airport

Geneva is the main gateway to the Tarentaise, the Three Valleys, the Espace Killy, the Chamonix valley and the Portes du Soleil. It is the shortest drive to most French resorts and the airport we serve most often.

Lyon–Saint-Exupéry Airport

Lyon is often the cheaper flight and it is the better choice for the southern Tarentaise and parts of the Maurienne. The drive is longer than from Geneva but it avoids the Swiss border.

Geneva Train Station

If you are arriving by rail rather than by air, we pick up at Genève-Cornavin as well. This is the route to use when you have taken the TGV from Paris or a connection through Switzerland, and it is priced the same way as an airport transfer.

What every price includes

  • The whole vehicle, not a seat. Standard is a Renault Trafic extra-long for up to 8 passengers; VIP is a Mercedes-Benz V-Class for up to 7, or an S-Class for a smaller group.
  • A driver holding a name board in the arrivals hall.
  • Flight tracking, so a delayed landing does not cost you the transfer, with an hour of free waiting from the moment the aircraft lands.
  • Skis, boards and normal luggage, declared when you book so the right vehicle is sent.
  • Tolls, fuel and winter equipment. No surcharge on arrival.
  • VAT. Every price on this page includes it; nothing is added at the checkout.

Common questions

Why is Saturday more expensive than a weekday?

Saturday is changeover day in the Alps. Almost every chalet and apartment starts and ends its week on Saturday, so demand for vehicles and drivers peaks and the roads into the valleys are slower. The Saturday price reflects the longer journey and the scarcity of vehicles.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. A group of six pays the same as a group of two in the same vehicle. If your group is larger than the vehicle holds, the system adds a second vehicle and shows the combined price before you pay.

Do you drive resorts that are not on this page?

Yes. The listed routes are the ones with a standing price. Anything else is priced on request, usually within a few hours. Use the custom request form and include the airport, the resort, the date and the number of passengers.

How far in advance should I book?

For Christmas, New Year and the February school holidays, as early as you can. Those weeks sell out. Outside them a week is usually enough, but a Saturday in January is still worth booking early.
